Shipment, Return and Refund Policy

As DECOLERA ELECTRICAL ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. STI., we prioritize customer satisfaction and work to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and that cancellation/return processes are carried out transparently when necessary. This page explains your rights and obligations regarding shipment, cancellation and return processes.


1. Shipment Policy

a. Shipping Time

Your orders are shipped within 3 (three) business days after bank approval. This period may vary for customized products, pre-orders or special campaign products. The estimated shipping time is communicated to you when you place your order.

b. Delivery Time

The delivery time by the courier company generally varies between 1 and 4 business days depending on your location. Delivery tracking information is sent to you via SMS or email when the product is shipped.

c. Delivery Conditions

  • Your orders are delivered through our contracted courier companies.
  • If the recipient is not at the specified address, the courier company may leave a note and/or direct the product to the nearest branch.
  • If any damage is detected on the product packaging during delivery, a Damage Detection Report must be established with the courier.

2. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipping

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can start the cancellation process by notifying your cancellation request to info@decolera.com or our phone line 0507 059 68 95. The payment amount is refunded to you within 7 business days through the same payment method.

b. After Shipping

It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been shipped. However, you can exercise your right of return after the product reaches you (see: Section 3 - Return Conditions).


3. Return Policy

a. Legal Right of Return

According to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation, you can return the product within 14 days from the delivery by exercising your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the product must be:

  • Unused,
  • In its original packaging,
  • With all accessories complete,
  • In resaleable condition

b. Products Not Subject to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised legally for the following products:

  • Customized products or products made to special measurements
  • Products not suitable for resale for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened perfume products, used textiles)
  • Products that have been assembled, damaged or broken
  • Decorative products with opened packaging that cannot be resold

c. Return Process

  1. Return Request: Create your return request through decolera.com or by email.
  2. Shipping: You must return the product with the invoice through our contracted courier company. Shipping information is shared when you create the return request.
  3. Return Approval: The product is examined after being received by our company. If it meets the conditions, the return process is completed within 7 business days.
  4. Refund: Return payment is made through your original payment method. Reflection time may vary according to your bank.

d. Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping fee is borne by our company if the product is defective or sent incorrectly. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), it is the buyer's responsibility. Return fee information is presented clearly to you during the return process.


4. Damaged / Defective Products

When the product reaches you:

  • If there are dents, moisture, tears, etc. on the shipping box, you should have a report established with the courier.
  • The product should be examined before assembly, and assembly should not be performed in case of damage.
  • For damaged products, you can get support by contacting us within 48 hours with photos.

Our company initiates a free exchange or return process for problems arising from production or packaging.


5. Requests After Return and Withdrawal Period

Requests received after the 14-day withdrawal period are evaluated only within the scope of production defects, products under warranty and legal regulations. For these cases, you should contact us with photos and detailed explanations.


6. Consumer Rights

All our customers have legal rights under:

  • Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
  • Distance Contracts Regulation,
  • Electronic Commerce Regulation Law

For all return requests made within 14 days, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Disputes that may arise in return processes can be resolved through Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
