You can return your order unconditionally within 14 days. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and complete.

b. Return Cost

Return shipping cost may be the buyer's responsibility depending on the cart total. This information is clearly presented to the user during the order process.

c. Cancellation

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Cancellation is not possible for products that have already been shipped, but you can start a return process.
