# DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
## 1. PARTIES

## 2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered by the Buyer on the Seller's website [https://decolera.com](https://decolera.com) by electronic means.
## 3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

## 4. DELIVERY
The product is shipped within **3 business days** from the order date. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation completely and without deficiency.
## 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within **14 days** from the delivery date, without giving any reason and without penalty.
- The withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the goods.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or through a durable data carrier (email, etc.) within this period.
- The product to be returned must be sent complete and unused with its original packaging and invoice.
- The return shipping cost may be **borne by the Buyer depending on the cart total**. The Buyer is informed about this during ordering and gives approval at the payment stage.
## 6. PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by **credit card**. The Seller uses secure payment infrastructure and card information is not stored in the system.
## 7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Buyer declares to accept all conditions of the contract by approving this contract electronically.
- The Buyer accepts and declares that they have read the basic characteristics of the products subject to the contract, sales price, payment method and preliminary information about delivery on the website [https://decolera.com](https://decolera.com) and have given the necessary confirmation by electronic means.
- If the Seller cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that prevent transportation (adverse weather conditions, epidemic disease, transportation interruption, etc.), the situation is notified to the Buyer.
## 8. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
In the application of this contract, **Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts** in the place where the Buyer and the Seller are located, in accordance with the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, are competent.
## 9. EFFECTIVENESS
This contract becomes effective on the date it is approved by the Buyer by electronic means.
